I’m really sorry this happened to you. Theres no right or wrong way to deal with loss and manage situations like that so all I can really say is that as long as you’re not hurting yourself or others however you deal with it is the right way for you . Sorry I can’t give more advice than that.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I agree with what Champion and Janx said - I would encourage you to talk to somebody, but ultimately the way you grieve is up to you, and as long as it dosn't hurt you or others, whatever you do is probably the best thing to go with.
