@Darkonedagger If only it were that simple. If Sakurai appealed to the hornier fans, he would have added Mai Shiranui in Terry's stage by now. LOL

But yeah, if Sora, an old character like King K. Rool, a character like Ridley, a Microsoft character like Banjo and Kazooie and more can get into Smash, I don't see how Tingle can't get into Smash because of the hate he may get.

The real issue is that Tingle hasn't actually made an appearance in the mainline Zelda series since 2004, which is because of said unpopularity in the west. This is a problem because unless they have massive fan demand like K. Rool did, "irrelevant" characters like that have a hard time getting into Smash.
