I guess not prioritising Fred does make sense - he hasn't been in a major production since the John Goodman movies in the late 90s, both the most recent Flintstones series and the next upcoming one are focusing on an older Pebbles over him, the show is generally unpalletable to modern audiences in it's lack of self-awareness and overly traditional familial relationships, and most of MVS' target audience know him better as either the cereal guy or the Grand Dad guy - but at the same time it is really weird to not have him there yet given how much of an icon he is, even if that may be more for his vitamins than his show nowadays, and the moveset potential is perfect
