That's really a you problem if you think that it's your job to weed out "weak" people from playing a game. It's not your job to make sure that only people you see fit play a children's monster collecting game. I cannot believe I'm actually reading with my own two eyes someone who actually thinks like this.

Yeah. If you let other people decide what you choose to enjoy instead of choosing for yourself, then you've lost.

I will play as I enjoy and prove stronger than others by playing what I want and having fun with what games I want and no one can do a darn thing to stop me.

Someone posts a ton of things about a game I don't play. Cool. Let them. Whether I play it or not or show interest or not falls on no one but me.

Life is way too short to be so petty and weak to not explore other games just cuz some stranger they're never gonna meet on the internet said things about a game.

Are you actually being serious rn. I honestly can't believe you think it's petty and weak that people don't want to play Yo Kai Watch because you constantly ****-talk Pokémon and that's all they ever hear about Yo Kai Watch or its fans. I've had no interest in Yo Kai Watch or much knowledge about it all my life and now that my only impression of it is a fan of it insulting a game I like, it's not making me care too much for it.

Accessibility is such an important thing in gaming. You're acting privileged and arrogant over a simple game. You barely have any empathy or social skills because all you do is insult people while glorifying one game. I need to go to bed I am really so tired of this.

I'm just one guy that uses this site on a whim and there are other sites to talk to others besides Smashboards, you know.

Love how you're proving my point by acting like you know a person over game forum posts. People I actually talk to in real life would say the oposite about my social skills or empathy.

Parapeligics have been able to beat hard games without the privilege of functioning hands and refine their skills playing games with their feet.

These days, 9 times out of 10, accessibility is just an excuse for the uninterested, uninvested and unskilled. Git gud.

This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. You didn't make a single decision for me. I was probably never going to play Yo Kai Watch before this, and now I really don't care. It's a ****ing game. Grow up.

This isn't a victory, I hope you realize. What's the point of trying to get people to play the game when you are successfully dissuading others from playing it when they question your practices? What's more is that if I was as easily swayed as you guys, I'd just use this to motivate me to make even MORE posts about why Yo-Kai Watch is a monumentally better game than Pokemon.

I won't do that because I like to use and socialize and share my thoughts on other sites and I'm a busy guy with a ton of things to do and my time is very valuable.

What criticism? As I have already made explicitly clear, I've already been following plenty of the advice given to the letter 10 steps ahead of the game, people are getting upset because they put words in my mouth that I never actually wrote despite me being as blunt and concrete as possible and it is not my responsibility in any way to account for the feelings of random strangers getting upset for no reason over video game forums post that are not directly disrespectful or insulting, nor do they infringe upon any rules.

If you're so convinced I'm unable to accept criticisms, you are just as free to actually point out what I said wrong here just as anyone else is.

I even made it clear to the users they are more than free to point out where any disrespect was given, allowing them the chance to elaborate on their criticisms in order to lend an open ear to said "criticisms" and have gotten jack squat in response other than people claiming things I never said and putting words in my mouth that I never wrote, which is frankly the fault of theor own close-mindedness.

As I have stated multiple times here, if I was narrow minded enough to do that, I'd accuse Smash fans in general of being child predators but we know that that's completely unfair. I especially smirk at how this point gets completely ignored so they circle around again and try to dance around it cuz they know it proves them wrong. Won't be surprised if you end up doing the exact same thing too.

If the entire Yo-Kai Watch fandom is arrogant just cuz of me alone, I guess the entire Smash fandom is child predators cuz of those individuals with those allegations.

Pretty sure there was a profile post not too long ago that said precisely that as you can enjoy a game and have fun with it regardless of an hour long video saying it sucks. I'm doing monumentally less than that with a few forum profile posts and yet that clearly seems to have tons of influence alone to these guys. I'll personally play what I please despite what anyone on Smashboards says about game cuz I'm free to make my own decisions instead of being so narrowminded to have them made for me.

Of course I'm not inclined to listen to a word someone says when they do all those things.
