Yoshi's combos were also more momentum stopping in 64. ESPECIALLY his Dair. Unfortuneatly Yoshi's recovery is horrid (except for the fact that it has super armour), but it shouldn't be a problem as long as you stick to the stage, right?
Anyways, I've gotta go. I'll be sure to Brawl you tomorrow, though. See you later ^__^!
Same here. As soon as I found this site I started playing competitively. Even though I play Brawl competitvely, I still think that 64 was the best out of all of them. I play that one for fun, but you can pull off some pretty impressive combos. 64's sound effects were also the funniest.
The story was awesome, with all it's twists and turns ^__^. I'll never know why this game did not get more recognition.
I'm a Pit and Marth main. And yeah, I feel the same way. Wi-Fi just ruins my Marth's flow. I think you're the first Yoshi main I've met! How long have you been playing Super Smash Bros.?
The Extra Day was HILARIOUS! Anyways, the thing I like about it most is it's story, it's art, and it's music. Have you gotten to level Star yet?

Yoshi is sooooo much fun to play though I don't think I could ever get good with him. I love his air game though.
With me all I play are characters that are fun in the air (Lucas, Yoshi, Jiggs, ZSS, GW) those are my fav 5. Plus I wanna learn Luigi Peach Wario and Sheik sometime.

i don't really get the last sentence of that but I get the jist of it.
Also my Yoshi is so.....risky. I've been told that already like 4 times this week. They have said they haven't played a Yoshi like that before
. It's because on DP I hold the edge and come up from below the floating platform (same with like Halberd and Brinstar and stages of that sort) Plus I am not afraid to go offstage xD. Also idk y but I chase them it seems more then camp. No wonder im losing so much with him xD.
okay then Ill keep that in mind when people go martha for Yoshi.
Also what do you do against Wolf? ._. that's another one I am like. "uh why isn't anything working dammit!" xD -
