I understand that too, but that's not what I was driving at, Today only said that she's open to help the new member if they have any questions, and she left at that nothing more. She didn't go out of her way to proclaim that she's a metagame expert, I don't do that and neither does anybody else besides yourself that I've watched post in the M&G.

Hay Lucas, I play Link. My friends thin Ness is gay, but he's not. I don't own Brawl. Only Melee. I want to develop a technique for Ness. I play around with him, but am not as good as I would like to be. I was wondering if you had any tips or anything for playing better with Ness besides practice. I think Lucas and Ness are similar, but not sure. Thanks.

If you know your metagame stuff, that's great, but that is no reason to just flash it out there like a trophy, it makes you look arrogant and like a troll, and that's the kind of person most of us don't like around here. A know-it-all.
It's all right to say that you're open to help anybody who wants it, but whenever you start making yourself out as the metagame expert of everything" it really shuts people off, its almost like an insult to the other people by raising yourself on a pedestal. I mean you pretty much go out of your way to try and prove to the world that you know everything about brawl, when I honestly think that you don't after this whole "discussion" we've had and my reading of your responses. I've watched the way you post, I watch the way people post in general, and every single one of your posts I've read, you've been boasting about your knowledge or your skills, yet you have nothing to show for it as much as I've seen.

I may come off as harsh, but I do so for a reason, I don't just hold a vendettas on people. I could've gone after you a long time ago, but I held my peace, thinking that it would pass, but when it doesn't is when it becomes a problem in my book.

I've been up and down these boards multiple times (have to if I main random) and have read up on each character's metagame, kept tabs on any updates in their metagames, and have even contributed to the development of some of these characters metagames. I know my stuff, else why would I put you to my trial of questions?

Lawl, just as I thought, you don't know squat about the metagame else you should have been able to answer those questions and jump on the opportunity to make me look like an idiot. As it is though, you just proved to be a troll that is utterly clueless about the metagame and aren't what you've built yourself up to be.

With that said, you shouldn't be surprised that every time you post some egotistical and falsified statement telling a new person that you know all about our metagame, that'll I'll just flame you and present you with the same trial I just gave you. And I'll expect that every time I do so, you'll fail every time.

I'll even wager that more than half the Georgia smash scene doesn't know of your existence...

With that, I suggest you do us all a favor and wise up and post smarter, or just stop coming to the boards...

If you're not a troll, and you're actually capable of what you say you are, then you'll be able to answer these questions.

1. What are the ICs best options against R.O.B.?

2. If you're Marth and are being hit by a rapid hit move in close range, what do you do?

3. What are the basic things to know when fighting DDD?

4. If you're ICs and are about to start CGing Snake, and snake pulls a grenade, what do you do?

5. What is the percent that you can SoPo CG MK to?

If you can answer these without any external assistance, then maybe you aren't trolling in the sense that I think you are. And maybe I'll ask a few more questions just to test you.

And btw, everyone knows that I troll people, they know that I only troll people who are trolls though =/.
