Yeah, seeing how Kupo is in Scotland and you in Georgia. That's exactly why you sandbagging wouldn't be that big of a deal to Kupo. I don't doubt there was lag, but if you can still identify how you're playing, then you're playing in a pattern. Especially if you find a way to camp with a character with no projectile. That would mean you're using a move a lot.
And Kupo's critical of himself and others. That's how we get better. :D

I don't think it was that either. Kupo doesn't take wifi super seriously due to how far away he is from a lot of the people he has to play. Sandbagging is the least of his worries.
No, that's just copping out. You should still play online tourneys. Just be more attentive as to how you play and maybe that might shed some light on things.

More so he's trying to prove that you can't use the stage as an excuse to be predictable.
I'll use the ICs as an example. I don't play the ICs often on Norfair, so it's natural that I may make mistakes if I ever get taken there.
BUT that doesn't mean I'm justified in falling into habits E.G. always using double blizzards or always using IBs whenever I'm on the higher platforms.
That's the train of logic I see should happen. So with Falcon on frigate. I think Kupo understands that you may not play well since you always use Sonic and not Falcon on frigate. But that you can't justify being predictable because of the stage. Because if you always falling uair from the raised platform on a certain transformation of frigate every time you drop through (just as an example), that's not the stages fault. That's something you consicously do. And I think that's what Kupo's talking about.

Yes, your Sonic has habits which I caught on to. That's because I've already got a good grasp of what your Sonic does, from videos and from the replays you sent me.
I don't care if you enjoy Falcon, YOU HAVE SHOWN IN FRIGATE THAT HE'S GOT SOME HABITS TOO. Regardless of how small those habits were, they existed.
Maybe this'll jog your memory.

I played both characters once, on lag-fi and the second match, we played on a stage which gayed us both. How can you even expect some sort of critique on this?

I was ready to give you the win if any other gay stuff happened at Frigate. Lag was horrible too.
You need to stop those Spring>Dairs and those ASC spamming habits. That's what got you hit most of the time. You were just either running around then pivot grab at a moment or charging spindash at the other side of the stage while I stood there and watched.
Watch how much you cancel those (ariel) spindashes. They are used to mindgame people, not try and be all cool and flashy. Use more of Sonic's ariel attacks out of run/shield instead of spindashes all the time.
But I'm guessing it might have been the lag that effected your play so I dunno. It effected mine anyway :/
