Yeah you can, but it puts you into the special fall, which is why it would be so risky to use off the stage (where it would actually be useful)

I noticed this too, but idk whether it's a spike or a meteor smash though. It's a shame we'll probably never get to use it though, it being his Up-B n' all. (maybe if you were edgeguarding, stayed still after jumping straight up, and cancelled it right after it hit so you could grab the edge)

..... :( this really is depressing, germ was an awesome link player. The fact that even one of the best links from melee is dropping link in brawl.... that's pretty disheartening.

haha, I remember those years Anyways, jiggs and wario look like they'll receive the least love in brawl imo. Yoshi will always be down there, but I think enough people will remain loyal to him, he's got some sort of a cult following. edit: see above post for point.

To be fair, I think DDD's b'air actually does combo pretty well. Other than that, I'd agree with you. We need to give all the characters a fair shot, not simply counting them off simply from what someone else said.

Peach pulls a lot of that stuff from the ground, but you still have a point. (which also begs the question of where she puts it all, much like Link's invisible bottomless bag of bombs) This is good news, it seems many of the better characters also come with lighter weight.

In that last doubles video, did anyone else see dedede use the inhale move? It's got pretty nice knockback for a projectile when a partner gets hit by it.
