    Update 2: Negative floats don't add frames, it's still possible to escape due to stacking from the pre-throw phase.

    I'm sorry Adam that Melee is so low tier right now. Still <3 though.

    Do you know what the numbers surrounding 0xA3A8 do? Or if they're even related to the Kirby throws?
    So I've been investigating the freeze. Turns out it really is the bit-set being disabled that's causing it.

    Which brings me to the question: Does anything other than Smash Charge affect a frame being "frozen?" Like Ness U/Dsmash don't have a smash charge, but instead have a separate sub-action that freezes on a specific frame to emulate a charge.

    For Kirby's F/B/U throws, the frame on which you can suicide is frozen. Perhaps if that is circumvented, the freezes could stop.

    The other way would be to find out what command the bit is calling for and stop it, but IDK...sounds like it involves Action editing or extensive hacking.

    Was thinking this week on Saturday.

    I want the build to sit for a while and let people make their round of complaints and whatever. However, I REALLY want to see if it's even possible to fix Kirby's throws before that happens.

    Yup, found them in PlCo.dat and passed the info onto Ripple:

    DK Side-B Mechanic
    A5E0 - 9.0 - Reduction per input
    A5EC - 0.7 - Multiplier for damage in bury formula
    A600 - 18 - Frames of invincibility on exit
    Yeah we can but I'd prefer to keep it in files if at all possible. I'll try these out at sunrise though. These are for 1.00 right?

    Also see if the "ThrownMewtwo" animation is dependent on something the game calls on (like a float) or if it's animation locked. This is the stun on Mewtwo's Side-B, which lasts 27 frames on everyone. I've tried isolating 27.0 and 28.0 (in case it's a termination counter) in PlCo.dat with no success. These two floats didn't show up in PlMt.dat either. :(

    Although I don't remember if delivery confirmation is tacked onto that.

    Hopefully the two Wiis will be hacked by tonight. Working on Tec's first because it's not cursed. @_@
