  • Hmm, well, there's the obvious about not all the information being transferred all the way so you end up missing part of your childhood memories/ability to see/other stuff and then data between 2 different people crossing forming dual personalities/combined memories and the such. Although, that stuff is probably just as likely the 1st time as it is the 100th. As far as long term usage, I can see everyone picking up the smallest bit of information from anyone else creating a chimera of sorts w/ knowledge and personality.
At the "possible" level as far as we can envision it, yeah. But, since we were talking in hypotheticals anyways, I figured I'd keep going on that route and assume perfection in which it would work with your body "disintegrating" into information and re-assembling itself so there isn't a restriction as to where it could go (e.g. willie wonka and the chocolate factory with the video game boy) although, admittedly, that was a bit of a jump w/o warning.

Although, with the body "replacement" idea, I can imagine that obesity wouldn't be a problem regardless.
I'm not sure if I would be entirely pro-teleportation. In order to teleport, your body literally breaks down and ceases to exist and the information changes spots and creates a new you. Essentially, the original you doesn't exist anymore. It would be stupidly easy for something to go very wrong... although if perfected I'm curious if the "injury" rate would be higher than driving's is. As for the obese part, probably, although, since your body is broken down into information and moved, it might be possible to take away or alter some of that information for you come out at a certain weight.
Complicated is good though. How boring would life be if it was simple? There would be people who by the time they're around 15 would have everything figured out... that would suck.
Yeah, to an extent, but, the main thing is still people tend to stay inside more often when it's cold. People in close proximity to each other for elongated periods of time means that far more germs are being passed than usual making it much more likely that someone will get sick. Although, I'm curious how much cold effects immune systems now.
    lol
Also, not complete superstition. There is correlation. (When it's cold people stay indoors, germs pass, blah blah blah). But not direct causation.
Oh, alright then. I was going to be so disappointed if you, like almost everyone else, thought that cold weather made people sick (viral/cold wise, because it doesn't).
I'm curious, what about fall through winter makes your health deteriorate?
Heh, I thought it was the opposite, he only had issues with Peach's castle and corneria.

Regardless, we have justification, only controllable on third player slot.

Also, do you have the music replacement tool? Seems it disappeared.
I would've agreed with the freeze... if we didn't already have rules in place for it, you cause a freeze, you lose either the round or the set instantly. Almost every tournament has it in place and it's pretty. Unintentional? You picked a character with that risk.

Yea he's not intended, but that's irrelevant. What you're trying to say is that he doesn't mesh right with the modes of play that we have, which I'd agree with, that said, we don't have a valid criteria to ban him under IMO.

I dunno, maybe creating a universally applicable criteria that's valid in this case is worth investing time into.
I'll say this as politely as I can.

Why on Earth do you bother arguing with caliburchamp.
ahh **** man.. hopefully youll be able to make it..we'll do much better then at gametable.. and plus to sweating our balls off..just scratching them lol
yo shadowlink.. just wanna let you know that team "iscratchmyballz" can finally live again.. polybrawl is gunna be on nov. 28th.. and i know dmt would allow our team name. hopefully youll be able to make it
Rachel and Litchi look the most appealing to me. Also, I will main every Europe exclusive character just to give you Americans the finger.
What happened to your spelling btw? You were typing so awesome, lately you're slacking a LOT with tons of typos and so. :V
Not yet, the game has been released only a few days ago... and it's not that much dialogue either, haha.
I played it. It's pretty challenging, but very fun if you like Touhou, and most importantly Castlevania.
You're amazing! O__o Please come by that topic a lot more. It makes my mood go from, "Dude, stop making **** up," to, "****! ShadowLink knows his ****!" XD
He counted the pixels. I don't know why anyone would do that. It seems Link was about 4'10" in OoT. He's a short man. When I was checking the obelisk that Link lifts up, I assumed that he was six feet tall. Based off of this, I actually checked the height of Link by using a line, and then stacking that line up. I got thirty feet something feet, not sixty, as galekill claimed. I also pointed out that the earliest obelisk in Cairo, Egypt, is sixty-seven feet tall, 40 cubits in width, and 120 tons. I doubt the obelisk weighed more than a few tons in OoT. It was not higher than the real life obelisk, nor wider. I don't know where he got the 1,000 tons from. You can see my work here: http://s5.photobucket.com/albums/y192/Theopneustos/?action=view&current=linkobelisk.jpg

Also, as for Sonic, I think he should be above Samus. When he's Super Sonic, he can run at supersonic speeds like Samus can, and he's invincible, as is Samus when she's running at supersonic speeds. But, Sonic can stop time. I don't know why he's not higher, and I am not a Sonic fan. I don't hate Sonic. I just am a Metroid fan, and this Metroid fan thinks that his favorite video game character should be below Sonic, but above the rest. ;)
Thanks. I wish you hung around, because that crack of the whip debate was getting to me. You showed galekill how it was, relentless and to the point.
