Is there any chance of Balanced Brawl being set up? There aren't enough events with it in general, and it could be worth a shot.

I can vouch for the Gameyard as an excellent venue, I go there for the biweekly Street Fighter ranbats. Only possible problem I see is setting up CRT instead of LCD TVs, but other than that it's solid. I'll see what I can do to make it.

11 or 12 legal stages does not a fun tournament make. "Ban everything" is something I try to avoid, and even with Onett and Hanenbow legal last year there weren't any complaints about stage legality. Stagelist is the only part of the rules I'm standing by 100% in addition to the obvious (no MK...

None of the stages are on the SBR ban list. Every stage that is legal is either on starter, CP, or borderline CP.

Though I appreciate the vitriol over AIM from Vay and the sarcasm from Overswarm, I'm one MW TO who is not banning Metaknight. There's just no point in banning him somewhere where he just about never finishes top 3.

As a Midwest TO, I respectfully disagree, simply because MK has not caused my particular tournament series to degenerate into MK mirrors like everyone seems afraid it will. I will wait until something sufficiently negative happens as a direct consequence of MK being legal before making a decision.
