Flyby comment - I'm totally in for the odd melee meetup.

Beer, I've been going to Karu's place in Doubleview for melee. It's up to Karu if he wants to invite more peeps. My place isn't really smash appropriate anymore unfortunately (not enough room for CRTs like the good old days of my parent's place). That said, it's not impossible.

So V-man, how did you train the powershield counters? Was it just lots of practice while playing matches, or did you pull out training mode or play against level 9's?

I am really impressed by the powershield jump counters. A couple of points about Jiggs that may or may not help. 1. When facing Jiggs Yoshi's face sticks out. However, if you upsmash you pull your face back meaning that you can a) dodge his face-aimed attacks and b) hit with upsmash. This...
