Actually going to a smashfest in my OWN neighborhood in some time, maybe an hour from now. Hoping to get in some good Brawl friendlies. I'm also bringing a Melee setup, I wanna see if I can get some Doc practice.

I think a good deal of Europe's fairly safe, the US is advertised as a land of opportunity. And there's so many jobs that they're all gonna take.
Not looking forward to it, but that's why I have to prepare ahead of time. Get a good degree so I can do the same thing for 40 years and die.

The US isn't much better. We act like we're so big and bad. But China and India are gonna **** us come 15 years from now. 25% of China's HONOR students is equal to the entire US population. And all of them are gonna be looking for jobs here, so I'm flat out of luck if I don't step it up in school.
It's a pretty scary thought.
Because I need to take 2 years of 1 foreign language, and the only classes available are german, french, and spanish.
And I'm actually German, part Uzbekistanian.
Americans are so uneducated.

I'd consider learning Russian if it would ever be useful to me in real life.
Yeah, I have to read english translations since I've yet to decide on a second language, though German would be best for me. I'm taking it next year and the year after that, should be difficult.
Heh. Same here. I read classic novels, literature. Some good stuff like Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky and War and Peace by Tolstoy. Though War and Peach is still a work in progress since it's incredibly long and my dog happened to spill tea all over my only copy.
Same with my Edgar Allen Poe, though I finished it when I was 12.
