PK Thunder 2 Angles
I've been practicing certain angles lately as I play, and the one I have the biggest struggle with is going directly horizontal. Are there any tips on recovering you guys could help me out with? -
What would ness be like if he were considered to be top tier?
The risk/reward would be out of proportion if it were to spike instead of meteor. It would be literally broken if it were to spike because of rising dair being a fairly safe option. -

You just have to practice B reversing (or prevent yourself B reversing) it mid combo. There are a few frames at startup where you can reverse magnet. Just takes a little precision. -
What would ness be like if he were considered to be top tier?
True enough. If only it could be transcendent towards projectiles or something, then it would probably be a solid change. I'm looking forward to seeing any changes, if any at all. Sheik needles make me cri evry tiem. -

3.6 Full Downtilt Change?
I believe it means that the move lingers a little longer on a confirmed hit, making it easier to get out of on shield. -
