Oh? So you've played Smash 4 to the point where you can determine this as fact? Your time traveling skills are pretty cool, cool guy. (You should know, this is the first game with multiple characters having ranged Smash Attacks. Olimar was the only one last game and he was punished very easily.)

My thoughts is that the move is probably going to be very unsafe or weak, therefor, not as useful as compared to other smashes.
