You do realize that would cost him a ton of money without even being able to win it back? Sure others travel from europe to compete even without a chance to win any of it back but to say that he should for the community and the game is just selfish. If he wants to then yeah, it would help smash.

Thursday: Random non-smash tournament, the venue opens at 1p.m. Maybe some lowtier. Friday: Singles - Signup around 12, start one hour after. Saturday: Teams and lowtier if we have time. Sunday: Cleaning Day

Almost right. 50 to enter teams, but your teammate also has to pay 50. So the total is 100 per team. All in all 220-240kr, not that much.
