Maybe even Phione. A defensive set could have rain dance + hydration with about 280-300 HP and 426 DEF / 388 SP. DEF
EDIT: Wow, just realized Munchlax's potential with this item. You could hit roughly 400 HP, 300 DEF, and 400 SP.DEF with only one weakness using this item.

Btw, I'm trying to get Fallout New Vegas, which just recently came out. And I must say: it looks ****ing awesome! Apparently there's a "hardcore" mode now, where stimpacks heal over time and you have to sleep 8 hours, eat, and drink every day, and more. HOLY ****. Hardcore mode + Very Hard difficulty = EPIC.

Speed boost is ****ing perfect for blaziken and infernape got stupid iron fist, so an upset is definitely not out of the question.

Unfortunately I read the MLG official Tekken rules, and they require the PS3 version to be used! F*CK THAT! Stupidest f*cking rule ever.
I'm thinking I'll first buy the game (only $20) and try it out on my Xbox 360 to see if it's up my alley, and if I start getting good, I'll buy a ps3 controller and adapter so I can use the ps3 controller on my xbox and get used to it. -
