    What button do you use to L-cancel?

    I use L for L-Cancelling because it puts less tension on my right hand so that I can get my aerials out fast. I use R for wavedashing because it's easier to hit the R trigger right after I hit X. Since I use R for wavedashing I try to use L to shield so I can easily WD OOS

    Tap jump for Pros?

    In my opinion, using X or Y rather than tap jump enables you to tweak your movement horizontally more easily and still be ready for the PC. This can be much more effective when you're trying to fake someone out, retreat, etc. I suppose it's all about what you're used to!

    I meant I'm used to using x to jump for that particular tech, i use tap jump for other things. Just clarifying

    I find it extremely difficult to do any type of PC using TJ. It's must easier to have your analog stick ready in the position it needs to be for whatever type of PC you're doing, including SRCs.
