I have the same problem. Majority of Finland would play Brawl casaually. I'm gonna teach my friend things about Brawl, so I would get some competition. Besides, I've always liked helping people.

Well, beggars can't be choosers. When I play with europeans, there little or no lag. Dunno if Nintendo does something about the online mode in PAL version. Probably not. I'll probably stick with the US version unless there are some good changes. But I think it'll be the same Brawl you americans have. Melee had some bad changes between US and PAL versions. I've always wanted the US version of Melee.

Nope. There aren't any here. Brawl is released 27th of this month here. -_-

I plan to attend an online tourney after Brawl's release. There is hardly any lag.
