  • Lolol. tomorrow I work a double. like I work from 8 AM to 3PM then from :5:30 till around 11
Holy late responce batman, lol, sorry man, I dun check this very often haha. I gotta go to work in half hour :(
    1. Momentum Canceling is a survival technique that kinda shortens your flight distance, enabling you to live longer. After you're hit, you exectue your fastest aerial, in Ike's case, his Bair, then fastfall, and double jump.

    2. DI is short for Directional Influence, which also helps you live longer, and also get out of multihit moves. After a hit, the direction you tilt the control stick will alter the direction you fly in. Every attack is different, so I can't even begin to get into detail.

    3. In most cases, after a JC, you're gonna start another jab combo. Also, a grab is another good option. Other less common choices are Up-B, Forward-B, Dtilt, Ftilt, Dsmash. it really depends on what your opponent does.

Was that clear enough? If you have any further questions, I'd be glad to answer them.
    Not at the moment.

I will reccommend my (slightly out of date, but not by much) videos on youtube:

Elements of War: Snake Video Guide

    Just search for it.
Well, it would've been nice to see what you Ike was like, I mean I can't critique him without seeing him.

Are you available to play now?
Alright, I added your Wii Number, and our FC's have registered, so send whenever your ready, as many as you like, but at least more than one if you can.
Yeah, here's what we gotta do. We add our Wii Numbers and Brawl FC's, then we both hop online so our FC's can register. Then, you can send replays.

Of course, if you already knew that, then this is just a refresher course. I see you FC in your profile, but I don't see your Wii Number. I'll add you as soon as you post it.

As for training, I'll find some time tomorrow. If I get your vids soon, I can give you a critique later tonight.
Alrighty, then. Do you have any videos on Youtube, or any saved replays that you can send to me? That way, I can know what I'm working with.
Wow, this training grounds thing is really working.

I'm currently training another Ike player, but give me your AIM, and I'll hit you up when I can.
