    Luigi Facebook discussion group?

There's a subreddit at /r/luigimains and a skype group which I super recommend. it's all text stuff, but they're super friendly and helpful!

    Is Ryu too "advanced"?

I don't understand why sm4sh supports casualization so much. If it's too 'advanced" for you, then don't play as him. Why take the fun of learning an advanced character away from those who want a challenge?

    Luigi Pikachu

It absolutely does! I didn't know that about the hitboxes of the up b, so that's something I'll have to take advantage of. Thanks!

    Luigi Pikachu

Thanks guys! The downthrow advice helped alot. Now, my biggest problem is edgeguarding pikachu, though I think I'll get that over time

    Luigi Pikachu

Any advice for a scrub ass luigi facing an even worse pikachu? Anything to look out for in particular? For the future, I may pick up a secondary against the rat, any advice on that?

Smash Wii U Pokemon Stadium 2 Legal Stage discussion (no transformations)

I believe I read an article once where Sakuri stated he didn't want to make balancing patches based on what the competitive community wanted, because it wouldn't be fair to the casual community or something. I'll have to look up the article when it's not 1:30 though.

Smash Wii U Pokemon Stadium 2 Legal Stage discussion (no transformations)

This looks really fantastic. The biggest problem will always be in a tournament when you need the 5 people. Having 5 controllers at one setup will be a pain. I suppose if one of the players take one controller, and the other takes two, all the have to do is hold a direction. It doesn't seem...

    Thoughts on Knuckle Cracking?

I've always been a big neck/back cracker. I've been cracking my knuckles more and more, though some people yell at me for that. Always seemed odd to me that people worry about one but not the other.

    Thoughts on Knuckle Cracking?

So, I see alot of talk on hand health, and hand exercises, and that got me wondering. How do smash players feel about knuckle/finger/other joint cracking? Personally, I never bought into the whole "knuckle cracking causes arthritis" thing, but I'm still very interested in what smashers think...

Should Melee HD Be A Thing?

Just to be clear; You expect us to agree with completely arbitrary and random nerfs/buffs for melee HD? No thanks. Melee HD should be EXACTLY like Melee (though I find that unlikely), especially since Melee HD would be based on PAL, not NTSB) but just... prettier.

    VGBootCamp: Regarding Project M

Nintendo's letting us exist, and that's quite a big thing. They do not have to let tournaments survive. They also provided every setup for Apex. Everything from N64's to Wii U's. They do do stuff. Any maybe in the future, they'll do more. We'll just have to wait and see. in the meantime, I'm...

    Crew battle Rules

Some friends are going to have a local crew battle, and I can't seem to find any official rules for crew battles. Specifically, I'm not sure on how stage banning/picking works. Anyone know them, or have a link to them? I found the wiki page for the crew battles, but that didn't have anything...

What is Luigi's hardest match-up in the Top 8?

marth, the sheik, then fox, then falco, then puff, then icies, then peach, then falcon is by far his easiet matchup of the top 8.

[Nov 22, 2014] BUST: Apex World Circuit & New England Melee Games Finals! $1000... (Boston, MA)

hey, so quick question. I'll be arriving in Boston that day, but won't make it in time for singles pool one. So, I was wondering if there's a way I could go in as a spectator, and if there's a fee or something like that for spectators. Big thanks in advance, and hope to see y'all there!
