On the subject of Pound, even though customs aren't really allowed (right now) in competitive play, which one do you guys prefer? I have no opinion on the subject because I haven't unlocked them yet:facepalm:

Eating a banana helps lower nervousness too and keeps you full. I do it all the time before music auditions

I read that you can mash rest during his cyclone (but I've never tried it myself.) Wouldn't this significantly help the matchup because of how powerful of an option the cyclone usually is?

To me it seems much easier to get all of the hits with, and I've actually gotten the spike to work a few times, but I've never tried getting a rest out of it

I'm starting to really enjoy the balance in this game compared to other games in the series. Mechanics aside, the balance so far seems to be the best in the series, even though it's still not perfect (and never really could be).

I guess that's a good point, since most parents wouldn't buy their little kids a rated T game anyway

Yeah but the games largest target market is children, although the technical aspects give it appeal to all ages.

We have the tools to beat his fireball, and his super jump punch as a kill move is a no-go because we have effective ways of keeping him out (tilts and luma.) however, his tornado is iffy because while it does have some punishable endlag it has great trapping properties to kill luma. Does anyone...

I'm just grateful that he's actually USABLE now! Without terrible grab release frames, a (slightly) buffed recovery, and amazing combo/kill potential, our time has come!
