    When making .brstm files, you have to set where the loop begins on each song. As long as the loop's beginning point is a multiple of 14336(In samples), making any song loop like your example did is not a problem.     You also need to have the Giga and Company Engine code enabled. While the CSS Code puts the Giga Bowser slot on the CSS, it's actually selecting Bowser then using the engine code to put him in a permanent Giga Bowser state(Which also means it doesn't work in some modes, including online).

    I didn't rip the songs myself. I found them in a torrent that also had the Brawl .brstm files. And not all Wii games use the .brstm format, but the two I mentioned, along with some other Mario games(Like Mario Strikers Charged, Super Paper Mario and a few others possibly) do.
