I've always approached this matchup by throwing out as many lasers as possible and wavelanding forward and backwards, but never really going in until I know it's a guaranteed or not easily punishable combo. I find myself CC'ing --> DSmash a lot in this matchup though, don't know why.

This is probably just difference in playstyle but I feel like you don't throw out enough lasers. Your Wolf seems to be very close range, so throwing out some lasers now and then wouldn't hurt; considering how often you go for the DAirs, the hitstun from a laser would probably assist you greatly...
