Which is better the hackless or hacked version of Project M?

What are the differences between the hacked and hackless versions?

nothing is actually different other than the fact that you need one less step for hacked version. (no stage builder trick)

They're no different aside from how they're launched. Hacked is for softmodded systems (homebrew channel and all that fun stuff), hackless is for everyone else.

hacked is better or else there would be no point in doing it. Hacked allows you to boot up PM with just a gc controller instead of wii mote, and it can boot much faster.

I think the main difference between the two is that the hacked version of Project M requires you to homebrew your wii, but it can be a bit problematic to do.

However, the hacked version of Project M allows you to load the Project M channel from a forwarder, or to just boot up Project M from priiloader; it definitely saves time in starting up the game, and it allows you to do more things with your wii.

If you don't want to void your warranty (if you could possibly still have one), don't do the hacked version though. You don't lose any modding capabilities by choosing to go Hackless as opposed to Hacked.
