It's like Light vs Dark, sure Dark Pit may be stronger but Pit is strong enough on his own. He is the original after all.

I'd it give a solid 3 because as its range is closer you can use it to hit people near the ledge. Sometimes they catch people off guard if they're expecting a forward smash and you can generally follow up from it.

Yes, I am disappointed that DP doesn't have his own unique moveset. BUT, I can't say I didn't expect it. By being closer to Pit, he stays true to his origin; a mirrored version of Pit. Those who don't like Pit's current playstyle can switch to DP with less speed and more power.

I think Dark Pit would make a great sniper class, doing more damage when further away and using his recovery to regain distance. Though of course it would make sense if he has melee weapons to push back close fighters like Pit. Like a "stay away from me" character. Maybe he could use the Pandora...
