Hmm, well. If it's a simple character, with two or three moves changed and maybe some elements added here or there, I'd be glad to make it. But otherwise, I'm afraid I wouldn't have the time, really. (Unless the character is like really SUPER awesome and it's something I would've made anyway.)

Europe has different copyright laws. Although I own European and Japanese versions of Brawl, downloading and using the American one is still illegal here.
