'Sup, bro? Been fighting in the streets, in Kagutsuchi, in the future, in modern-day Japan, you name it. :3c
Well, buying a stick has two approaches to it: will you mod or not?
If yes, buy a Madcatz SE. Easy to mod, cheap in cost. If you know you’re going to mod the buttons/stick anyway, why buy a stick with arcade parts just to pack ‘em away forever?
If no, buy a HRAP or a Madcatz TE. HRAPs are a little cheaper, but only have an arcade quality stick. The buttons are Hori, but they aren't bad... you might want to replace, but you don't really need to. Madcatz TE are full Sanwa parts. Sanwa is officially what a Japanese BlazBlue arcade cabinet uses. They are good, if you can find one.
If I didn't list it here, do research first. Hori Fighting Sticks (the cheap ones) are decent for beginners, but probably not worth the trouble. They are hell to mod, and aren't high quality to begin with. They may break after a year of steady use like mine did. Mayflashs are easy mods, but basically require modding, because they are that bad. VF High Grades are pretty sweet, but hard to find. Odds are, if it’s small... and isn't a Madcatz SE, avoid it unless you know what you're doing.
