    There managed to be a stable enough connection that I was able to read and respond the way I wanted. I've already finished reading it and have made as many corrections as I can, but I want to skim through it again just in case. I'll send it back to you later.

    Let me at least explain about the difference of falco's lazers. His lazers aren't as fast and responded like pit's damage arrow that goes almost like more then 15 mins or longer, The moment you hop on stage falco doesn't keep using his lazers like you did with pit. It's just the point is. That I'm just saying less arrows or not much fun game play because it really is just... to much to me, but maybe others can handle it. I mean if I wanted to really to defeat you, I would have to act faster then normal, and then simply kill without you trying to do little edge grab tricks, and so on forth with pit. That's all I'm saying. XD

    EDIT: I refound the "your instead of you're" mistake in ch 3. It's when Vane holds the door open for Alura.

    Replying the way I want (putting my thoughts/corrections in a different color within the quote) won't seem to work from the DSi. Not sure as to the reason, but after I touch the text box to bring up the keyboard, it won't let me type anything. I'd reply properly from the Wii if I could rely on it's connection from my room.

    I can give a much less detailed reply after I read it later, but if you'd rather have my desired one, it'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Sorry :(

    As for the Spanish part, I took about 2 years of French in high school (the two languages are very similar). I'm a bit rusty, but might still be able to catch a mistake or two (no promises though)

    I've known Word to be unreliable for spotting mistaken homonyms. As long as it's spelled like an actual word, it tends to count it as correct. One example I'd like to point out is in Chapter 3 (not sure of the exact location) where you use the possesive "your" instead of the contraction "you're." It still sounds right when reading it, but if taken literally, the meaning can confuse those who catch it.

    Give me a little while to read it over and I'll get back to you.

    If you have some deadline for yourself on posting it, go ahead and stick to it if I don't get back to you in time.

    I haven't responded in the thread because each forum has slightly different "rules" on posting and I don't really visit any but the Poke Center. Plus I'm fairly unfamiliar with FanFics and reviewing them.

    I was just curious if there was anything you were skeptical about the quality of and wanted another opinion on. If there is nothing, then give me a little while to read and review it.

    Oh, fair warning: I'm REALLY good at spotting spelling and grammar type mistakes (evident by the general lack of them in my posts).

    It's common to not notice mistakes in your own writing. Since you are its author and you know what it should be, your mind automatically corrects it while you're reading it. That's part of the reason English/Literature/Language Arts teachers encourage peer review: others are more likely to notice any mistakes you may have made.

    I'm still curious if there's anything specific you want me to take a closer look at.

    Ah, i see you are the 2nd gym leader for the Johto gym battle tournament. Seeing as how the first gym leader is super banned you are my first stop.

    I challenge you to a battle. when is the closest time u can brawl?

    I've prolly found your FanFic nearly as entertaining. I'd most likely contiue reading it.

    Before I get to reading it, anything specific you want a second opinion about quality-wise? Any specific type of criticism you're expecting?

    I find royalblue to be easier to read than the regular one (not sure how quoting affects this though).

    Not really. Since basically nothing happens except the alloys constantly being hit while in the same spot, the humor wears off and it just gets boring. Considering you didn't actually stay to watch all 15 mins, I'd say you agree.

    Just because they're already written, doesn't mean they can't be revised since they haven't been posted yet (or have they?). If you really don't want any help on them, that's okay.

    Funny, yet boring to watch. iirc when my friend and I performed it on my system (he had already done it before on his by himself using two controllers), we switched the AV to his 360 and played a bit of Halo.

    My offer stiill stands. If you want my help to try and reduce the repetition, just ask.

    I take it by SKy's responses below that you used my suggestion for the 15min brawl?

    I read chapter 3 of your FanFic. Still a decent job, considering it's your first. Not to criticize you or your writing in any way, but you seem to have a habit of unnecessarily repeating things (can't remember an example atm). Again, it's fairly good considering.

    Hah! So fast you were, but no the arrows I know it's your main thing, it's just that O: All I'm saying is learn not to use it all the time, cause it really kills the fun in the game play. I mean just a tip. Nothing serious. I mean if anyone can pass your arrow skills that would be great, but when you get super serious the arrows of doom come out, and it's hard to just keep going at it. XDDD I've seen toon link and link with arrow moments, but not as rough as pit. O: ( Fox no excuse for him he's just different all together. Even falco)


    But, Yes I do enjoy what happen in our battle. We need to one day get really stronger in that 15min brawl it's worth trying to beat our old recored like in cruel brawl. So hopefully will get to that sooner or later when you feel like it, I had fun though, I hope to still brawl you though, but don't feel to bad if I hop off because of our battles. I might need to cool down and laugh it off cause sometimes gameplay can make me to serious. XDD

    LOl, I'm not asking you to completely give up on your arrows, but enough to not let folks get so mad and fall off the stage like I did. XDD Just to much arrows can really throw off a really good game play just keep that in mind. XD I don't enjoy using Kirby's up b cause that just makes me look like a idiot most of the time, but yeah. Mostly lag holds back the real good speed so that's what also pisses me off from it.

    YEAH THE 999% Maddness I think I can take a picture that's as far as I could go. O: Really random. XDDD I can't help but sit their and shake my head laughing at this because I feel like we just said. "YOU KNOW WHAT SCREW YOU 15min POWER BALL" XD Really a horrible way of winning but... We should at least claim that we were sick and tired of falling over. XD We almost had it with Zelda and Marth since our last 15min battle.

    Indeed, Until then we wait, but for now I am still waiting in that magic happy room. So I hope tonight we can at least try to defeat that 15min thing, I might be drinking a lot of pop tonight to be that determine, but omg seriously you still got epic gameplay I just have to one day defeat you, but.. I had to take a break so much arrow moments I couldn't stop spamming at first with my kirby, and I didn't want to do that really. XD I just wanted to fight. I think you got more spunk with pit with less arrows though, and less tactics, but if is your game style that you like. Then I will have to learn how to avoid that even through lag. XD

    XDD LOL the only way i was able to play on my computer screen is that I had a device called Dazzle, I did have the better version for it, but... Of course since my computer seems to be so old all of a sudden it's acting up on me. I swear at times my computer likes to think it's on crack. Drives me nuts... So yeah it is possible to play brawl on your computer screen. XDDD

    And as for Gecko I'm not to sure about the updates. I thought the whole thing was just a regular device for to put it in your file and let the main brawl disc handle that situation, but now... I swear I'm more confused then ever and waisted good money for it to work, but maybe you'll get it. If you updated to latest version I hope that isn't the reason why it won't work. O;....

    I hate my computer screen. It glitched on me while we were playing the multiman brawl thing. It decided to crash. So I couldn't see what was going on. Since my VCR On my tv won't work properly I have to play brawl on my computer. O: I put the room back up so I shouldn't be having trouble I hope. XD If you see me fall out randomly it's because of my screen it will glitch whenever it wants to for some reason now a days. x.x;

    Of all the animes that have been shown on CN, I can't think of any that wouldn't have come from a manga. It should be easy to find One Piece on OneManga (iirc they're still releasing a new one each week and there is a link to it on the site's homepage)

    I read your FanFic. Not bad. I might reread it and give a better review later.
