Not that low.

Especially with quick hatch and reset. So the right IV and Nature can be set in stone, then you keep repeating the hatching until it's a shiny.

I guess it's not perfectly legit because of quick hatch, but that's just speeding up an inevitable process.

Aww lol. The only way I improved was by playing Pokémon Stadium. They actually invented competitive movesets on that game before people came up with them. The computer on that was beast. o_o

I'll list the shinies I have off the top of my head: Azelf, Metagross, Camerupt... I think I have moar but I can't remember, those are the ones that come to mind anyways.
