pretty good bro, me and eddie had some epic matches yesterday. we're only really playing melee right now
there's still a lot of room for improvement though. i can rest well now i think, even though i didnt really use jiggs last night with him. im focusing on my falcon.
Yup we recorded some matches yesterday I did pretty good at pillaring and genreal combos. I see alot improvement in my style in general mindgmes and technical.
Other characters are kinda boring. Sheik is alright tho.
I never had them sadly.

Ha, yeah, that is one of the reasons I am bad, bad on the ledge, and I've read the discussions, but it's nice to have all the info in one place.
Don't worry, I will. My supreme goal is to make a name for myself (not just with people on the Boards who I talk to, lol). I'd love to do that, it would be really cool to have people ask me "Hey are you THE SOLID? You are too good" or something like that. That would be fun.

I live in Chicago, there are like no tourney here at all. It took me 4 months to find one appropriate for a 13 year old (i.e. not at someone's house).
Lol my friends live longer than me all the time. I should never have taught them DI, lol. But now they are tourney level ftmp so I'm bringing 2 with me.
It's not the fact that I disagreed, but that I got ***** for having a different opinion. 0_o. If the disagreement was more peacefully disagreed upon I assure you I wouldn't have had a problem with it. It's like "If you're not looking at competitive brawl from a competitive MELEE standpoint, you're ****ed wrong.". I can understand that though, seeing as this website's community is 99.9% melee, brawlers or not.
Nice! that's great, I haven't really played a good D3 (a few OK ones online, but none offline) so I don't know that matchup. It sucks that I haven't been to a tourney since I don't have anyone good to play. A couple OK friends that I'm training, but they don't have anything on me when I'm going all out. I love infiniting them since they don't know how to escape them (they know how to DI, but they don't know Marth's Up-B tricksies.) Most of them have better DI than me, lol.
Man, this just makes me want to get uber strong. I swear it, I'm about to go job hunting for an hour just so that I can get the money to go to tournaments and train hard to get too good.
Sorry I'm a bit mad now, people are really getting at me on the thread...

To be honest your best option would probably be to come down here sometime. My house is open to you if you'd like to come to brawl sometime in the next week or so. I'd need a ride up there but you have a car you can use which is why I think you coming down would be best.
I warn you though, my Peach may be dissapointing due to my neglect, but at least I'll give you a good Falcon, lol.

Dang if that's true then I'll really need to train up. My peach is in a slump because I've neglected her so much falcon. But I'll train her hard.
Lol you don't have to defend me or anything, but I gotta say-it's posts like that that make me want to get even better. I just think that if people knew about my Peach then maybe they wouldn't be so mean to be because I wouldn't be just some random 08 brawler to them.

Um I'd love to come up to NC sometime and train my Peach back up.. I'm getting way better at driving so I should be perfectly fine by late november for anything. I'll train my peach up to be too good.
Cool. I don't mind using MK, but he is so broken I feel bad destroying people with him so I don't use him a lot.
He really doesn't smash with us.

I like how GnW plays... Ya WBR is cool. I played Viet on Wi-Fi last night, he said I've gotten a lot better.
My GnW is my 2nd best character, behind Marth, I use Wolf a bit less and also recently picked up IC's. I am still training my Luc, I'm decent with him. So yeah, I use GnW the most. -
