Piccolo uses his Namekian regenerating powers to heal 1% every other second for as long as he holds down the move – a rather underpowered amount of healing in MYM Brawl. However; this regeneration also causes Piccolo to regain energy he uses up from attacking people, causing his most stale move to be taken off the counter every quarter of a second. While normally not a bonus worth talking about, Piccolo’s moves all lose their combo potential the moment they’re used at all, and while he has plenty of combo moves he doesn’t have –that- many more than 10, meaning that he’ll be quite weak eventually. When you take into account Piccolo’s otherwise broken counter move causes 4 moves at random to become stale in addition to the ones he already has (Even if it goes over 10), this move is a must.
