Well, when I want to upload them in an album in SWF it says "invalid file" when it says that i will accept .bin files :/. The snapshots are .bin files.

Snapshots are already saved as a .bin file. If you are asking how to put a set of codes in .bin format, then just use the Brawl+Tweaker.

Also, why are textures turned off? I think that they should be on by default! If someone doesn't have textures on their SD card, nothing will change.

Snapshot loader code? Where's that?

Try the Brawl+ Tweaker. Put the Brawl+codes in a bin file, and put the file replacement code and the snapshot loader code in your GCT file. Then you do the same ting that you did with Kupo's set.
