Since it is based on movies, games, etc...I dont see how mewtwo would be able to move microscopic particles since we dont know exactly how mewtwos powers work. Now then, the last time I checked, psychic energy can't easily pierce through metals and samus' helmet/overall armor is pretty thick so I doubt mewtwo would be able to mess with samus' mind since it's protected with the helmet. It's like magneto's helmet that protects his mind from psychic blasts

ZSS is pretty unique...I mean who else can shoot you with a stun gun and then turn it into a whip and smack you around with it. Also, she has lots of long-reaching tethers and a third jump that can spike you.

Whenever this happens I would like to get angry, but I just end up laughing instead lol. Its just so hilarious that it happens at that moment of all moments lol.
