In my book, Maine is their own country. They are not part of the US. And it's all because of NSG/Group, but since Poland Spring is there, it's all good. Peace be with you, Maine.
Just want to keep everyone up to date, prizes will be pot based, but I will inform you for further clarifications, for there is some details that needs to be sorted out with the school.
Also, reminder to those who don't know:
This tournament is the day BEFORE PlayNTrade Tournament. That's right. Twice in a row, PlayNTrade and I have somehow planned a weekend filled smash tourney.
On April 15th, PlayNTrade in Walpole, MA, is going to be hosting their tournament at the PlayNTrade store in the Walpole Mall. It'll be a smash packed weekend and everyone is welcome to join in. Sign up is only $7.
BUT LISTEN CAREFULLY:
PlayNTrade has done interesting bracket placement styles that does not randomize the players and assigns who fights who in the first round by the order of who signs up. So, say if **** Tom and Matt.Zeb both sign up together in the tournament at the same time, chances are, first round is going to be **** Tom vs. Matt.Zeb. So, as a precautionary measure, do NOT sign up with any of your friends or crew members if you DON'T want to fight them very early on.
This is a double elim tournament, and the prizes are...unique. Regardless, it's a fun and enjoyable tournament, only thing is that the TV's are a bit laggy, so anyone that are straight edges with non laggy TV's will have a tough time. Other than that, this is a great area and a fun tournament with a Papa Ginos right next to it, plus a bunch of other good stuff at the mall.
