He's crying because it pains him how many innocent, unsuspecting Pokemon he's murdered. This moveset gives him very nice type coverage, and Water Pulse is there for the 80% confuse chance. People normally switch Scizor into him thinking they'll get a free SD/kill (because Scizor generally doesn't fear being Paralyzed), only to get slammed by Flamethrower.

The art here is absurdly awesome, and thank you again for such an awesome avatar, Zook.

In terms of the team itself, it's pretty solid. No glaring weaknesses. Moltres gives a few problems, but he's not really prevalent in OU.
