Zodiac vs Msf2k, Sonic critqueing

First of all before I say anything else I'll say this, I (Zodiac Mofat, the samus player) do not play brawl and if you want to critique my samus save it becuase I have no interest at putting forth effort to get better at brawl, I play melee.

However my buddy msf2k is a brawler and mains sonic, he has a decent meta knight to. But to you the community I ask if there's anything you see for him to improve on please say so.

Well, while you're here and before this thread gets locked...

Probably just me, but I'd never use USmash against the MK MU. Too much risk for too little reward.

There's also an abundance of rolling and missed opportunities... sort of on both players' part, but being in this specific forum (and as request), this is focused on the Sonic. A lot of forward smashing, that's no good...

I do suppose however that is due to inexperience in general. You tend to get better after a bit of practice.

I have no idea how to go about the third match... all I can say is the same thing I've said, it just seems like you're not used to playing Sonic, which is understandable if you don't play him much, or don't play much, period. If you want to get better with him, keep working at it, and then you can be given more specific help if need be.

Yea, I don't practice as consistently as I used too. Been playing Sonic since Brawl came out but fell out of practice these past few months.
