ZEUS's Weekly Tournaments! Week: 1 1v1: 6/16 2v2: 0/8

[Thunder Of Zeus]

Here's how it goes down:​

-Each week I host two tournaments: One is a team battle and the other singles.
-Every other week they are themed: There will be a themed tournament every week, one, week singles, and one doubles, switching off every time. (Example: Week one: singles (themed), doubles (regular). Week two: singles (regular), doubles (themed).
-Every tournament lasts one day, a friday.
-The PRIZE will be a banner and avatar made custom for the winner. They choose what is on each, and if they decide to let me go wild, I'll produce something to their liking. You don't have to have a banner, it could be a small image to put into their signature while the rest of their original sig remains intact. It's up to you.
-Date of tournament:
Singles: 2-27-09 [report to chat at 4:00 PM [GMT -5]
Doubles 2-27-09 [report to chat at 7:00 PM [GMT -5]

These are the rules that apply to every tournament:​

-Metaknight's Cape glitch is banned
-No characters are banned
-Be as spammy, chain grabby, spiky, gimpy, and edge-hoggy as you want
-Each tournament will be 3 stock, 8 minutes
-Items will be set to off and none
-The first match will be played on a neutral stage. Each player will choose one and whichever stage comes out will be used
-The second and third matches will be played on any counterpick or neutral stage chosen by the loser of the previous match
-Each set will be best of 3 games, unless it is a winners' final, then it will be best of 5
