I'll double post just because but:
It's invincible 3-13 on both air and ground. It's custom special 3 that is frames 2-7 (I forget how that one was different).
To me that's really weird because I swear I've been hit out of down-b before (seen it's start up) and not lost the ability to do it again, while in other occasions being hit and not moving at all has me losing it.
