Yeah, I like the more mature look of her face, yet I like both designs tbh. Just the fact that we have Zelda and that she can now go offstage without flopping to her death. Also I always thought I wanted to use texture hacks to change her eye color to red, but then when I actually had hacks I thought better of it.
Uhuh. But for me it's
:zelda: 10/10
:4zelda: 8/10
Speaking of hacks, I now i now have Dark Link to look like this!

Instead of... This. I never understood why they used this abomination over the real Dark Link. Cause that is the most accurate Dark Link I know of.

I never did many character textures, though I did put hacks over almost every stage. I couldn't decide what I wanted for my characters, and the only one I was actually able to throw some textures over was Wolf. Who I dumbly started picking up near the end of Brawl. Let me see if I can find pictures for them..

Also that Dark Link texture is sweet.

So, considering we recently made page 400, time for the every 100 pace calculations!

Brawl Zelda Social : 1474 days (roughly 4 years :p)

This ****storm of light speed post speed social of fabulousness : 410 days

Note how you could pretty much just add/subtract 1000 to get one or the other. At this rate we'll out page our Brawl sister social in less than a month! 0.o

That never got patched, it just never actually worked to begin with. It only works against Sheik and Captain Falcon, and only if they don't SDI at all.

Oh god, am I really the only one who thinks Zelda's face in SSB4 looks a little off? And am I really in the minority that I think Zelda in brawl looks better?

Compared to Smash 4's Zelda, Brawl Zelda's eyebrows are thicker and closer together; her nose is slightly larger, her eyelashes look thicker, and her lips are more pink.

Smash 4 Zelda seems to have ditched the mascara for light pink eye shadow. Best angle of her facial closeup is one of her Wii U victory screens (Not this one). You can clearly see said eye shadow when she blinks.

Yeah, I too have noticed these details. I dont know, I just prefer Brawl Zelda because I've always thought that design was so pretty. Come to think of it, I have the same thoughts about brawl Palutena. I like her brawl design more than her Uprising/SSB4 look. I guess I'm, oh what's the word, old fashioned?

I noticed it from the day they revealed her, actually. IMO her face in Smash 4 kinda makes her look like a stuck-up teenager. Dunno why, that's the vibe I get, though.

Spent two hours trying to learn Greninja. I just can't play him effectively :(

I really need a char to deal with ZSS, CF, and other fast chars.

So I found a pretty funny glitch with Palutena's customs in training this morning. If you use Super Speed and cancel it with a jump canceled up smash it will save the momentum from Super Speed until the next time you jump. This gives your next jump a huge burst of momentum out of nowhere. If you also have Lightweight active the momentum is so strong you can SD yourself just by jumping lmao. You can freely walk around after doing this and it wont effect you at all, but the following jump after performing this glitch will be exciting to say the least. I may make a video of this later because it's pretty funny to see Palutena flying off the stage.

I also found that you can pivot a jump canceled up smash which is pretty crazy for Palutena during Lightweight. Idk if this was known or not so figured I would share.

http://smashboards.com/threads/palutena-momentum-saving-new-super-speed-tech.372071/ Day 4 discovery for the Palutena board, gorl. :p The speed with Lightweight added on really is hilarious though.

In case you didn't know about it yet either, you can bypass Lightweight's cooldown by using it as you start to fall through platforms too.

Other Greninjas say he loses hard to CF, and I feel he's pretty bad against ZSS too (that one's probably just me though, he can duck a lot of her stuff), so it's probably for the best if those are the characters you need answers to.

Thinking about it, Pikachu's probably both of those characters' worst matchup, but I think he'd be fairly demanding for a secondary.

Oh wow, I looked around but I didn't see anything about the glitch, looks like its been known since the game has been out haha. I don't play Palutena very often so I don't visit the Palutena boards. I knew about the Lightweight trick though, it's pretty nifty. I hope people start using customs competitively soon because Palutana with them is extremely fun.

maybe its me, but Zeldas portrait on 3ds makes it look like she has resting byatch face. While on Wii u it varies between that and sliding. Maybe its my eyes lol

Pikachu has quite a steep learning but I think for Aleate and I, another thing is that we got a really good Pikachu player here in our region. Uses Wiimote Nunchuk too haha. It be hard to learn Pika without being in his shadow.

But I mean, if it's just as a secondary character, it should be fine, but I know @ Alacion Alacion kinda wants to go for the more obscure and somewhat less used characters in the game. Right, man? :p

Apparently, there is a user called Pale Tuna. We don't have a @Pally Tuna or @Pallytuna, though.
