1.0.0 greninja was the best character in the game, just saying

I'm pretty sure Greninja was never really in the top 5 even before the patch hit. Still, sorta consider 1.0.0 kind of the "beta" version of the game since the Wii U release was already at 1.0.4 where Greninja was toned down and became probably one of the better balanced characters in the game.

AHEM. Forget someone? One of the best vertical movement.

Edit: On another related to Star Fox, but not Zelda note: Star Fox: Assault's menu theme is awesome.

I honestly forgot how fast Falco fall speed was, didn't know it was 5th best lol.

the iasa on that was 22f after the hitboxes ended
not even safe on shield, the really dumb part was that he could punish airdodges after it but it wasn't the craziest thing

shadow sneak was even laggier in 1.0.0, lag cancelling with it was a really stupid thing to exist but a 28f move with years of endlag isn't the kind of thing you can really get away with abusing

it doesn't add up to a character as dumb as Rosalina was when she had kill power without Luma but Luma respawned in no time flat anyway and was able to act when she was grabbed or even in hitstun. lmao @ her throws used to kill and her grabs and dsmash were all lagless compared to now, hell even nair killed

And I complain all the time about Falco's fall speed and poor air speed! ALL DEE TIEM, MANH!

Fast fall speed and weight makes Falco seem heavier. I think he was the fastest faller in Melee which made his weight seem really heavy. There's also Brawl Wolf who was a little over Brawl Mario's weight while also being a fast faller with good air speed. Wolf was a literal beast, but his running and walking speed were mediocre. Then you play PM and Wolf's running speed is almost as fast as Fox's. DAYUM.

They even made Mega Man buff... Well, fat is the right word for it but whatever.

I was a little skeptical at first since everyone else seemed to think he was crap due to banana nerf but stuff like this got me curious about him and I was like "woah all his moves combo into each other and he kills off throws this character is kinda cool, I'm having trouble finding a character I click with so maybe I'll play him"

but then I didn't play him because monkeys suck

I'd also say that on a pre-1.0.4 list Rosalina deserves to be above him, I almost dropped the game because of how dumb she was pre-nerf

The reason why I couldn't play Diddy was because the sounds he made while he did anything was intolerable. I have him as a pocket though but that was in 1.04. I think I completely dropped him after the new patch (I've only used him once so far)

even if it were to be nerfed again 120% is when diddy set ups get nuts. The match up is still 100% better then what it used to be as it doesn't true combo and requires a read. Still wondering why @ Nairo went with dark pit

ZSS vs diddy is just as annoying or worse. She is lighter than dpit so I can get nana to fsmashed at 75 and probably die. I also did better with dpit so I probably should of stayed him the whole 2 sets. (Unless you mean why dpit and not pit? In which case the MU is pretty much the same but I may try pit next time/EVO)
