Zelda can slide ?

Well let's make it simple, since you all may be thinking ( T_T another pointless thread)

I'm Zelda, battling in Pokemon Stadium, the stage suffers the water stage change, i run to the edge to edgeguard, in the right side of the stage, when i'm almost to the edge, Zelda slides like a wavedash and arrives at the ledge, do you know if the terrain affects this??? if you feel in your controller how the terrain goes a little up when going closer to the ledge in the water change of PS?

Only thing I know is that slopes can cause a slide like movement when you land, this works regardless of character. If you left your feet for even a second (Due to the terrain change, for instance) for any reason and were holding a direction when you landed it can cause a small slide. I did it on a seemingly miniscule slope on brinstar and slid just like a wavedash.

And in my case it's not a small slide it's a little maybe more than little i have the replay but i don't a recording device

There's an annotation and a box around marth when it happens, I would hope it'd be easy to see. It's not a small slide at all since he goes like a third across brinstar when it happens.
