Some guys are organizing a series of tournaments and they want one to be hosted in far NorCal..and a couple people mentioned Yuba. They want to do 3 qualifiers and a championship event to find the best player in the Central Valley. Details are iffy but I think it'd be sweet to have one in Yuba.

haha, yeah i guess your right, $200 is kinda steep, but the lowest i could sell it for would be like 160, cuz i have to ticket paid off. (god**** police officers) .

oh, and I would really want to do one of the events in YC.. i'm pretty sure that the owners wouldn't mind at all.

Well, my friend (Skazryk) is having a going away/bday BBQ this coming Wednesday and then he's leaving to LA on Thursday or Friday; so I doubt he'll be able to come to any tournaments sometime soon. It's kind of sad because he's the best player of the three of us.

My friend (Tareth) is unsure if he wants to go to any tournaments at the moment... so yeah, I can't drive so I'm unable to just say "Forget you, fool!" *mindcrush* and then drive off in his car to Yuba City. Although that would be a cool scenario... *ahem*

For now, I don't really know when a tournament would work out... it all depends on my friend's willingness to drive out somewhere from Alta Sierra. And right now he doesn't know when. <_<

i want to throw a smash tourney at Powerplay, but i want to people to make it. i don't wanna make you come down here, and it only being you, me, evil, and sean. lame.

if anyone is reading this, I want you guys to post when anyone can make it to YC for a tourney.I can pretty much make it on anyday. i want to have a 20+ man tourney.

My friend Tareth recently told me that he's no longer interested in going to SSBM tournaments after the whole NCT2 experience because he always gets exhausted and stressed out afterwards. I don't know why, he's a mysterious person. Now he just wants to play SSBM with friends (I'm pretty much the only person who'll play SSBM with him that's at his skill level). That and our other friend is in LA now... meh.

So uh... I guess we're out for now. When I learn how to drive, I'm going to be going to tournaments as much as I can when they're in Yuba City. Brawl will be out by then, so yay! I just wish I had some high speed internet to take advantage of the online mode, if there is one.

Understandable, but the the Yuba tourneys are far like anything from NCT2. Much more relaxed and a lot less people.
