Dimentio is cool and all, but NOT deserving of a Brawl spot. If anyone gets into Brawl from Super Paper Mario, it will be the paper plumber himself. Or Count Bleck.
And Pico has no chance.

I agree with you on Waluigi and Megaman, but listing the other three is equivalent to a war-crime in my view (especially Olimar).
