Your Style Of Samus?

I'm sort of like you when you said you change your style up a bit during the match. I usually start of aggressive, then i start the mindgaming, then i alternate. I don't know what to say about samus this time around. I mean like i really like her in brawl, almost better than i did in melee. Something about her this time that just clicks...maybe the zair and lagless aerials

I noticed your use of Bombs today when we were brawling. (Nice matches, by the way.) I would tell mine, but I like to keep it quiet and only exposed in gameplay.

I may play around if I'm sufficiently confident, but if the opponent is putting up a fight (or has the advantage) I usually revert to a rather simple style:

Run away and throw stuff. Grapple, missiles, empty/full charge shot. I may follow up a projectile or two with some close-in moves, but then pull back immediately into my range game. The only other times I (purposefully) get near the opponent is edgeguarding.

I've just found in a number of match ups I'm not able to hold my own up close - Samus is too slow and has a disappointing reach, especially against the many disjointed-hitbox-based characters. Plus this ensures when I do land a KO move it's at full strength - able to get that KO just a few percent earlier.

i tend to be more aggressive and move in alot. im not the greatest player but it works and i know what im doing

I like applying pressure at the beginning of the match to keep my opponent frustrated and hopefully throw off their timing. (However, I have lost a couple of good friends this way... They refuse to play me in smash bros now. My more skilled opponents are alright with it though)

By my second stock I play more aggressively, in hopes of doing something really awesome and possibly learning something new. (My screw-ups happen here, but sometimes, it's worth it)

During my thrid or last stock, I play "don't get hit". This secures the win, most of the time.

Im agressive 4 the most part.

I usualy approach with MCed Super Missiles. I like eating shields.
I probably overuse the Dair through the shield, but it jus ownz so hard.
I jab through everything I can. Samus Jab iz beastly. Alot of the times, my oppenent rolls behind me and boom, Jab > Ftilt or something, Its zooooooo Sexy.

And lastly, Im looking 4 a reason 2 Sex Kick..

I like to go with close melee combat, with tons of neutral As, hehe, and then whenever my opponent is farther away, I just do MC super missiles two at a time, and same with the homing. I love my super missiles. I definitely like them more than homing.

dude tha best tactic for samus in any match is to totally spam taunts up and down really really fast. if you do that at the beginning of the match. your samus will always play about 3 notches higher than normal

I like to combine d-air with the Screw Attack. Also using f-air when returning from the edge and then using d-tilt does wonders. The Screw Attack is probably one of my most used special attacks, aside from the Missiles.

Zair and screw attack is my bread and butter. My skill is the toaster that makes wonderful, delicious toast that is made of win.
