Really, you could mix anyone with Snake and end up with comic gold. Especially the characters that only speak their own name. I'd kill for a Snake/Pikachu team.

Also, to add some baseless speculation (because we all love that) I'm going to predict that Fox teams up with either Diddy, Donkey Kong, or both. If you look at the original Subspace post at the Dojo, you can see Fox running through some environments very similar to the ones that were shown in DK's Adventure stage.

Agreed. Actually I like the Triforce Trio: Zelda, Ganondorf, and Link but not possible. Any combination of these 3 are awesome.

you can't have a team with Zelda or peach because you rescue them ingame.

and ganondorf would say, "the hell with this" and steal zelda's triforce, which would be link's que and bla, bla, bla..... and SSBB would be revealed to really be the next Zelda Game.

As for my pick, it would be Ganondorf and the black knight.... unless BK doesn't get in (sob) then Ganondorf and..... pikachu! Yellow mouse thing + king of evil = awesome.

"Thanks for the help Samus. I couldn't of fixed my Arwing with out you. Though unfortunately it only seats one. I guess this is where we part ways." Fox stated gratefully. Understanding well the armor clad warrior simply nodded her head and started off back towards the woods.

Showing off his physical fitness, Fox hopped right into the open cockpit of his newly repaired ship and took off into the skies. He was only in the air but a moment when he recieved a signal from an unknown sender. The canine watched the display monitor in his ship as it went snowy and a familiar voice eminated from the speakers.

"Can't let you do that Fox!" Fox's eyes went wide and his blood ran cold as he saw a gray furred canine appear on his display, before gritting his teeth and lowering his ears.

"Great... Wolf..." The words were forced through his clenched teeth. A split second later Fox barrel rolled his ship to repel bright crimson beams as a red ship came up behind him. This was not unnoticed by Samus however, who took off running through the forest to try and find a spot where she had a clear shot.

"****! I can't shake him!" Fox growled as he found his expert piloting could not give him a momentary reprieve from his opponent. He was soon distracted however, by a shadow growing over his ship.

"WRRRRYYYY!!!" The sound hit Fox's sensitive ears hard, causing him to wince as a draconic purple form desecended on his Arwing, claws digging into the ship's hull as red beams hit it from behind. The dragon rose off the ship as it spiraled out of control towards the ground, smoke rising off it.

"What the!?" Wolf let out a loud cry as a massive blue burst blew his right wing apart. A moment later he crash landed not too far from Fox, the two canines leaping from their ships to charge at each other. Samus dashed out from the trees to follow Fox, as Ridley descended from above.

Team battle!

Fox and Samus VS Wolf and Ridley.

King Dedede + Falco: Flightless Blue Yellow Beaked Birds of Prey.

Sonic/Mario, Final rush on a "Cannons core" or "Sa2 Final Chaos" type race against the clock stage to save the smash universe from the leader of the primids, who is prepping a device that will snap the universe into the alternate evil one.

You have to fight a group of eliete primids/bio monsters as you ascend the gigantic device, then engage the final boss at the top to stop the device. All the while the other teams are having their own battles to aid sonic and mario in their ascent. (cut to 2 or 3 other teams fights as sonic and mario race by). Finally, sonic and mario deliver the final blow, shattering some power source of the device. The universe is saved! Much rejoicing from the cast commences.
