You're approaching too much with nair. Not a good approach. You only wanna nair if you're already on top of them, in combos, or to break shields. My 3 best approaches are fair, bair, and dash attack.

Too much nair as an approach. Mix more with fair and bair, which have better priority. Also, too much djcing as an approach. It's risky, so mix it with full jumps and normal short hops. Feel/Learn when to use what. Variety also makes you less predictable.
Technically you're fine, but you lack expierience. I mean, technically you should be 4-stocking them or so. I can't really explain how, but most attacks kind of lacked intention. It's vague, I know, but that's how I felt it. You're winning mainly because you know what to do after hitting once, but aren't really seeing some of the more obvious openings your opponents have.
Still, the best advice I can give is to play better players.

Just my $0.02.

EDIT: Sheer beat me to the nair advice.

as they said, you DJC too much, a better opponent would just wait for the DJC to end or use a similar priority move and just gimp you. Yoshi isn't Ness, he has other ways to approach.

like look at :13 in the second video. you tried to DJC too much and Kirby just up tilted you. If he realized that you were out of your double jump, he could have just up tilted multiple times and back air you for an early gimp

I personally like using f tilt as well vs Kirby's/Pika's.

Just mix up your DJC's and short hops better.
