writing stuff to disks

im not as ******** as the title implies...i want to put my sega emulator on a disk so i can take it to my brothers house since he doesnt have internet. i dont know how to write it to a disk. i figured id do it under "make data cd" but it still wont let me. how can i do this.
edit: got it. thanx for nothin guys.
