PC, hands down. Granted, it weighs 40 pounds alone, but you didn't take weight into account. I have so few CDs, and my stereo's too old for me to care. Plus, my 'cube and its games aren't worth anything close to my PC value. :D

Virus. Some computer viruses are minor and can be cured quite easily. Some are hard to cure. Hackers can do whatever they want, they're unpredictable. Besides, I'd rather know what I'm up against(virus) than be completely blind and controlled(haxx0r).
