This is the thread for information (and discussion) regarding the Windsor Ontario smash scene that has started to pick up recently. The scene is very new, so joining and finding new players of equal skill for your game isn't too hard. On the flip side, we also have players with many years of experience to practice against who have been playing at each other's houses long before Windsor had a venue.
Here's some information:
We have a weekly locals hosting Smash Melee, Sm4sh and Project M every week. The locals has its own venue too. It's called The Kappa Gaming Lounge and it's location is: 1664 Tecumseh Road East

A monthly tournament is being held at Kappa Gaming Lounge this September 12th and 13th for both Melee and Sm4sh.
On September 12th, there will be a Sm4sh tournament with significantly larger prize pool than usual and double power ranking points.
On September 13th, there will be a Melee tournament with significantly larger prize pool than usual and double power ranking points.
There is currently no Project M monthly because while it has had good numbers, the monthlies are planned long in advance and the venue just opened. Next month is a possibility if it continues to grow.
